Decorate the Sukkah
Our religious school children, decorate the Sukkah, then show Rabbi Matt the results.

Build the Sukkah
Temple volunteers build the Sukkah, and almost get the walls to line up. Watch them try to build the Sukkah.

The Festival of Sukkot begins on Tishri 15, the fifth day after Yom Kippur, and lasts for seven days. At Temple Israel we celebrate it during Friday night Shabbat services, instead of the first official eve of Sukkot.

Volunteers, build the sukkah, a few days before the holiday and the children decorate it.

Celebrate Sukkot with "Pizza in the Hut." Make Reservations Now!

Join Temple Israel Ner Tamid for a pizza-and-sukkah-decorating party that is lots of fun for the entire family!

A great pizza supper will be served for all who have preregistered and paid $6.00 per adult and child over 11 (younger children are free). Then everyone helps decorate the sukkah. If you want to have pizza, call the Temple office to make reservations.

Pizza is served around 6:00 pm, and the decorating starts at 6:45pm.

Our regular Shabbat service will follow at 7:30 p.m.
